In A Midsummer Night's Dream there were many funny scenes but the three funniest scenes I found were 5.1, 3.1, 4.2. I chose those scenes because they make you laugh, they are entertaining, and they make you all around happy. In act 5 scene 1, the mechanicals put on their play only for the crowd to laugh because they think that the idiocy of forgetting lines and being dumb is on purpose. In act 3 scene 1, Puck turns Bottom into a donkey and Bottom comes out of the bushes and scares everyone else away, and the other mechanicals believe that Bottom has been turned into a monster. In act 4 scene 2 the mechanicals are waiting for the biggest idiot of the group, Bottom, to return which does create the sense of irony that the smarter people in the group are waiting for the person holding them back and messing them up. Therefore, the three funniest scenes in A Midsummer Night's Dream are 5.1, 3.1,and 4.2.
