PD:2 Amna F.

Red is a revolutionary color.
A symbol of strength, is all it represents.

Soldiers everywhere. Every street, corner and park.
How nervous they make me feel.

Flyers concerning youth movement.

Head lines read how the
CTC supports the nationalization of private schools.

(Inspiration from the "Red Umbrella.")

This poem that was created is explaining how Lucia's parents are against the revolution. It's explaining how the revolution is changing everyone's way of thought. Even Lucia's mom is thinking about how it's conquering everything, even something as small as a color. How it's dragging young people into making decisions that they don't even understand. This poem is showing empathy and tolerance by teaching people not to just go with what's happening only because other people are doing it. The example it gives is hat Lucia wants to join the revolution only because her friends are doing it. The message from this text might be to follow your own oath and not to be influenced by what other people say. In conclusion, empathy and tolerance can be expressed in may ways. This is just one.
