I Remember Poem
I remember going to Nantucket Island
The way the sea salt smelled from the ocean
And how the pizza smelled freshly made.
I remember the taste of that very hot pizza
Like lava and pepperoni had just entered my mouth.
The Cisco beach sand's touch is very smooth but rocky
as the hot sand slid out of my hand
The sand was a oven, burning my feet as I walked.
I remember watching the big orange sun set
How the sun slowly went down, as if it was going to sleep.
Each time I recall this memory, I start to smile
while my heart is beating
It all brings back to memories of my favorite vacation spot.
Your poem is amazabubbles!
