I Remember
I remember going to London over spring break
The way the rocky seaside shore smelt like crabs
And how the air whiffed up my nose from the top of the tour bus
I remember the nutella, banana, and cream crepes
Like a giant chocolate chip pancake
Toy airplane's touch when we threw it up into the trees
The airplane was a hawk soaring through the sky
I remember seeing the Brighton Pier
How the roller coasters went past the clouds and the wood path went on forever
Each time I recall this memory, I fell free to have as much fun as I possibly can
Rides spinning I fell guilty to spend all my parents money
I wish I could go back to have so much more fun
