Pd3: Harvey E Found poem

                                                                         Afraid
                                                    
                                                           heart leapt to my throat
                                                                       tremble
                                                  feared they find something valuable
                                                                    they wouldn't

                                                   Papa warned us not to hide anything
                                            fear of what they'd do once nothing was found  

                                                             Frankie stepped forward
                                                                a little and puffed  
                                                                     out his chest
                                                                     don't worry      



      This scene was picked because it shows a great example of empathy. Frankie and Lucia were treated differently because they are kids they had to checked at the airport to see if they had any valuables on them. The kids had to be checked because their parents could be sending them to a different country so that  they can get there valubles safe and not be taken by the government. Also in this scene when Frankie and lucia were at the airport there was a special seating area for the kids. Frankie and lucia where treated differently only because they are kids. If Frankie and lucia were adults they wouldn't have to seat in a special area at the airport or have to be cheked again. This scene shows empathy by how Lucia and Frankie were treated differently than adults at the airport. That is why this scence shows a good example of empathy.
